frnds now i gv u a trick to use blocked modem without unlocking modem,,,
flows these step,
step-1 insert sim in modem,,,
step-2 modem show invalid sim,,just ignore that and dont close your modem s/w then
step-3 start nokia pc sute ,,
step-4 go in nokia pc sute connect to internet option..
step-5 select your datacard modem,and make all operator apn setting as like when we use nokia mobile,,
step-6 now finish the setup,,
step-7 now connect to internet throw nokia pc suit,,
wow your net connect to internet without unlocking your modem,,,
