If you want to access the deleted photos, you can access those photos via the
 direct link. Once a user delete the photo from facebook, only the link to the 
photo from your profile is removed. But the photo still exists on the web. If you
 know the direct link to that photo, yu can access the photo by putting direct 
link on the URL bar.

This issue was first raised 3 years before but its hard to believe that the
 problem still exists after this 3 years long time period.
